ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ
of Shortcut Education Co., Ltd.
Effective Date: 22 April 2026
Last Updated: 22 April 2026
Version: 1.0
These Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Shortcut platform and constitute a binding agreement between the "User" — any individual or legal entity who registers, logs in, accesses educational content, communicates within the platform, or purchases any goods or services provided by Shortcut — and Shortcut Education Co., Ltd. ("Shortcut"), the owner of the platform and its content.
Shortcut provides an online course platform, including but not limited to video courses, course materials, exercises and assessments, Q&A forums, instructor communication channels, and access to or downloads of digital content (collectively "Shortcut").
By accessing any services through Shortcut, the User expressly consents to and is bound by these Terms in full. Upon logging in or making any payment (in whole or in part), the User is deemed to have accepted these Terms unconditionally.
1.1 The User warrants that they have legal capacity, or have obtained consent from their parent, guardian, or legal representative to use the services. This is solely the User's responsibility.
The User agrees to use the Shortcut platform and agrees NOT to do any of the following:
1.2 If Shortcut finds, or has reasonable grounds to believe, that the User has violated any of the above or engaged in inappropriate conduct, Shortcut reserves the sole discretion to suspend service access temporarily or permanently without prior notice, and/or take immediate legal action against the User. The User and/or purchaser agrees that Shortcut may retain any payments made in full immediately and agrees not to claim any compensation thereof.
2.1 The User must register with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
2.2 If the User is under 18 years of age, or is a person who is legally incapable of making decisions (e.g., incompetent or quasi-incompetent persons), the User warrants that consent from a parent or legal guardian has been obtained before registering or making any payment through the Shortcut platform. Shortcut shall not be liable for any consequences arising from non- compliance with this requirement.
2.3 The User must keep account credentials (username, password) confidential and must not permit any third party to use the User's account. If the User breaches this, the User shall be liable for any resulting damage as if it were the User's own fault.
2.4 The User cannot change the account email. Courses cannot be transferred to a different account email.
2.5 The User acknowledges that all data — including purchased or registered courses — is bound to the account email. Shortcut shall not be liable for any impact resulting from changes to the account email.
2.6 Shortcut reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the services or any part of the platform, whether temporarily or permanently, without prior notice. Shortcut shall not be liable for any damages or impact from the User's inability to access the platform.
3.1 The price of each course is displayed clearly on the platform. Prices may change at Shortcut's discretion without prior notice.
3.2 The User must pay through the channels designated by Shortcut. Payment is deemed complete only when the system confirms the transaction as successful.
3.3 Shortcut reserves the right to refuse refunds, changes, or modifications of orders in the following cases:
4.1 Each course has a clearly defined access period. The User may only access the course within that period and cannot extend it, unless Shortcut grants a special exception.
4.2 If the User cannot complete the course within the specified period, no extension or compensation of any kind will be granted. Please verify the access period before enrolling.
5.1 The User acknowledges that "Personal Data" means any information that can identify an individual, directly or indirectly. Shortcut collects, uses, or discloses such data (collectively "processing") in accordance with applicable personal data protection law, and only upon the User's consent. Registration is deemed full consent for such processing.
5.2 Shortcut processes personal data of the User (including data provided at registration) with due care, following the Privacy Policy of the platform, which forms part of these Terms.
5.3 Shortcut restricts access to personal data to employees, contractors, agents, or authorized persons only as necessary for operations, and ensures such persons are bound by equivalent confidentiality standards.
5.4 Shortcut shall require all parties involved in processing to strictly comply with the law and use data only for service- related purposes. Copying, reproducing, photographing, or keeping duplicates of personal data (in whole or in part) is prohibited, except as required by contract, agreement, or applicable law.
5.5 In the event of an incident affecting personal data security — leak, unauthorized access, deletion, modification, or destruction — Shortcut will notify the User as soon as possible, within 48 hours of detection.
5.6 Shortcut may record questions, messages, or other content posted by Users, as well as images, videos, or classroom recordings generated during services. Such records are used to improve service quality and system management. By accepting these Terms, the User grants Shortcut permission to collect and use such data.
6.1 All content displayed or provided through Shortcut — including videos, audio, images, documents, logos, trademarks, service marks, and all other platform elements — is the intellectual property of Shortcut or is lawfully licensed by its copyright owners.
6.2 The User is prohibited from performing any of the following without written permission from Shortcut: copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing or publishing content (in whole or in part), forgery, public dissemination, selling, renting, possessing, extracting, recording, transmitting, screen- recording, photographing, broadcasting to third parties, using content for other commercial purposes, or any other unlawful act concerning such content.
6.3 Copyright infringement may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.
Shortcut shall be liable for any damages arising from the use of services or products only in parts directly related to Shortcut's services. In all cases, Shortcut's liability shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the User for the relevant course or service. Shortcut shall not be liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages, such as data loss, failure to achieve expected learning outcomes, damages from temporary system outages or maintenance, or any other damages not directly caused by Shortcut.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason under the laws of any jurisdiction, such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining principal terms, which shall continue in force.
